Franciacorta Rosé Brut Docg 2014

Vineyards of origin

The Franciacorta Rosé produced with only pinot noir grapes, combines in its taste characteristics the power expression of the red berry variety and the elegance typical of franciacorta. For the production of the rosé we select 14 vineyards located in 4 municipalities of Franciacorta.

Winemaking

The whole grapes are vinified using the marmonnier press, an ancient pressing system that guarantees maximum respect for the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape. From the press is extracted only the must flower. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18 °C. The base wine rests in vats until the spring following the harvest.
