Franciacorta Rosé Eronero Brut Docg 2011

Vineyards of origin

Franciacorta Rosé Eronero is produced only in particularly hot years from the selection of grapes from two vineyards located in the municipality of Erbusco.

Winemaking

The whole grapes are vinified using the marmonnier press, an ancient pressing system that guarantees maximum respect for the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape. From the press is extracted only the must flower. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18 °C. The base wine rests in vats until the spring following the harvest.
