Franciacorta

Franciacorta Brut Nature DOCG Tal Quale

Vineyards of origin

Pale straw-yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it offers a bouquet of sweet fruit, citrus, and chamomile notes. The finish is long-lasting, marked by a pronounced mineral character.

Winemaking

Whole grape clusters are gently pressed using a pneumatic press at very low pressures. During vinification, the must is separated into two fractions: the ‘free-run’ must, which has the highest quality characteristics and is used for the production of Franciacorta, and the second-press must, which is not intended for bottling. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-control- led stainless steel tanks, maintained between 16°C and 18°C. The base wine rests in tank until the spring following the harvest.
